IIM Tiruchirappalli launched the PGPBM programme at its Chennai campus to groom working executives who aspire to move into senior leadership roles. Towards this, the programme aims to develop competent professional managers, capable of working in any sector of organized activity, provide leadership and achieve excellence even as they contribute to the welfare of society at large.

21-month programme with 870 hours of classroom learning in-person.

Rigorous Curriculum covering all disciplines of Management - 21 core courses (51 Credits), 12 elective courses (36 Credits) and 1 industry project.

Students are awarded an MBA Degree upon Programme completion in IIM Trichy's annual convocation.
