PGPM-HR OVERVIEW

Post-Graduate Programme in Management-Human Resources (PGPM-HR) is a two-year full-time residential programme launched in 2020 and is the first domain-specific programme of IIM Trichy. Its main objective is to develop young women and men into competent HR professionals capable of working in any sector of organised activity, providing leadership, and achieving excellence in performance while contributing to the welfare of the larger society. The unique aspects of the programme include a focus on the integration of HR and business, digital fluency, ethics & sustainability, human process lab, industry project, and one-on-one mentoring by industry HR leaders.
