Pedagogy

• IIM Trichy-SHRM programme will be offered in a hybrid mode with one in-campus module and the rest delivered in a synchronous learning mode via a studio infrastructure.
• One campus visit total for 3 days which will be held in person at IIM Trichy campus.
• The synchronous learning classes will be spread over 45 weeks with typically 3 hours of contact time per week, with course evaluation being conducted on Sundays.
• The pedagogy for IIM Trichy-SHRM programme will be a blend of workshop, case study, experiential learning through project and lectures. Further, learn to unlock how to run data analysis and statistical techniques using SPSS tool.
• Participants are required to read the various course materials (a mix of class lecture notes and pre-reads), assimilate and participate in the class discussions.
• The course evaluation will involve an online exam for each module.

• Minimum 50 % in Graduation or Post Graduation whichever is higher from a recognized National or International University.
• Minimum 45% in Graduation for SC/ST Applicants
• Minimum 3 years of work experience(after graduation)
• Profile based selection
