Rajesh is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the area of Operations Management & Decision Sciences at IIM Tiruchirappalli.  Before joining this, he worked as an Assistant Professor at ABV-IIITM Gwalior. He completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) and has completed a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST (ISRO)), Trivandrum. He is presently working in the areas of supply chain management, risk management, resilience, sustainability, decision-making, uncertainty modeling, and grey theory. As of now, he has an h-index of 27 (Google Scholar) and over 3600+ citations (Google Scholar).
