He holds an Ph.D. in the field of Industrial Engineering, Operations Research from Clemson University, United States and M.Tech. from NIT Nagpur. He has more than 18 years of teaching experience. Before joining IIM Tiruchirappalli, he was a faculty member Sultan Qaboos University (Oman), IIM Indore (India), Ramapo College of New Jersey (USA) and Georgia Southern University (USA).
