Dr. Krishna Teja Perannagari is a seasoned academic and customer advocate with a rich background in marketing, customer management strategies, and analytics. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur, complemented by an MBA in Marketing from JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the same institution.

In his academic journey, Dr. Perannagari has held positions such as Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli, and the Jagdish Sheth School of Management in Bangalore. He also served as an Assistant Post-Doctoral Fellow at MICA, Ahmedabad, and as a Visiting Faculty at Doon Business School, Dehradun.

With a blend of academic expertise and industry experience, Dr. Perannagari has worked as a Junior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, Hyderabad, and interned at Samba through the Google Summer of Code Program.

His contributions extend beyond teaching, evident in his publications in esteemed journals such as the International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management and the Journal of Public Affairs. Additionally, he has authored book chapters on topics like "Recent Trends in Digital Infrastructure in India" and "Mapping the Intellectual Structure of Artificial Neural Network Research in Business Domain."

Notably, Dr. Perannagari has organized significant conferences, including the AIM-AMA Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium and the International Communication Management Conference. His commitment to sustainable management is reflected in his role as the organizer of the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur, in 2018
