Dr. Renjith is an assistant professor in the Economics & Public Policy area at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli. Prior to joining IIM Tiruchirappalli, he worked as an assistant professor at Indian Institute of Management Ranchi. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. His research focuses on the Economic geography and International trade. His work has been published in reputed international journals like Journal of Policy Modeling, Economic Systems, The Indian Economic Journal, Economic & Political Weekly, Transnational Corporations Review etc. Dr. Renjith also received different external projects from the Indian Council of Social Science Research and Asian Development Bank Institute. His current research interests include foreign direct investment, global value chain, economic geography, MSMEs, Innovation etc.
